Pane y Amore
Paneyamore is a project of Elisa Bertanza (event planner) and Federico Bossini (Italian chef), the perfect team to carry out events.
After more than 10 years of experience with the restaurant “Locanda del león d oro”, they decided to face the challenge of a new adventure: to bring their experience and culinary passion into people’s homes.
While Federico is in charge of the gastronomic part, Elisa takes care of all the details and steps necessary for your event or celebration to be a success, in our creations we put all the professional experience of lato nivela at the service of celebrations and events, both for companies and individuals.
A gourmet with a heart and training, Federico studies ancient dishes and their history to reinterpret them and bring them to the present day maintaining their essence, fusing flavors and stories because… “There is no innovation without tradition”.
He has travelled through Europe and America working as a professional chef but has also had his own restaurant “Locanda del Leon d’Oro” in the Maresme area. At the moment his profession is that of home chef.
In his creations he uses high quality ingredients, seasonal and local, to interpret the great classics of Italian cuisine, Spanish and French, prepares everything by hand: pasta, focaccias and breads of all kinds with mother yeast and desserts, experiencing new textures.
Chef's service at home
It is a home cooking service where we will organize your perfect lunch or dinner for you. Personally we will take care of the purchases, selecting only the best raw materials of the season, I will take care of the “start-up” and, finally, the cleaning and reorganization of the kitchen.
The Home Cook service is ideal for a dinner with friends, a family lunch on Sundays, a birthday party, a christening, a company aperitif or for your Christmas dinner and any event where you want to organize your dinner is perfect!
We provide our chef service at home in Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona.
Catering for business
We propose a catering service adapted to each project. We help in the planning of the event and adapt the gastronomic proposal to the dynamics of each celebration. We enjoy mixing avant-garde techniques and traditional cuisine, always respecting the taste of the products to the maximum.
We add 15 years of experience in the world of the restoration, we organize events and celebrations as much in the managerial scope as familiar.

The Chef would move to your home at the time indicated with everything you need to make the paella: ingredients, paella, diffuser …
It is a personalized service of kitchen and show-cooking of 15 up to 100 companions.
