  • Burrata salad, escalivada with caper pesto, olives and basil mayonnaise
  • Rolllo salad of goat, pears, raisins, walnuts and grilled vegetables with caper pesto
  • Pasta filo filled with mortadella and pecorino mousse with artichoke coulis
  • Carpaccio of beef sirloin with wild mushrooms, celery and parmigiano shavings
  • Sword fish rolls stuffed with raisins, capers, dried tomatoes and olives served with a sauce of seasonal vegetables sautèe
  • Salad with marinated salmon, eggplant pâté, raisins, avocado and mustard vinaigrette
